Energetic culture… what is it?
It’s
choosing plants, growing seedlings, preparing the soil, planting, watering,
feeding, harvesting… with an awareness of the energetic work being done in
the other dimension; with an awareness that this is the most important part.
It’s doing all this while being constantly in touch with our “feeling”,
with the information that comes from that-which-is- greater-than-us. It’s
doing all this while asking for help from our Brothers of Light and the
Spirits of Nature – those who are sometimes called Devas, or Group-Spirits
of plants…

Here are a few
excerpts from messages channelled by Gaal in 2001, in which the Guides
offer us advice and encouragement:
“Let yourselves be guided by the
Spirits of Nature who are here to help you.”
“Listen to them when they give you images, words and ideas for each species
that you are going to use in your School of personal growth. The Spirits of
Nature are here to help you connect with yourselves, thereby allowing you
to rediscover the simplicity of being in touch with earthly life. The
Spirits of Nature whisper ideas in your ear. More than with words, they
make you feel the place, the density, the orientation and the care to give
to each species. You must therefore concentrate on each particular species
in order to receive the information related to that species and to your soil,
your land.”

“The Spirits of
Nature are available, voluntary and very efficient when they are solicited
by the humility of a person (or persons) cultivating the earth in order to
obtain physical and spiritual food. The balance of forces in a garden is
obtained when both poles are in harmony. These two poles are the earth and
the person cultivating the earth with an awareness of their bond with
cosmic energy and an awareness of their hands and feet as spreaders of
energetic fertilizer.”
“A garden is like a being: you must listen to its needs.”
“For the moment, you are in training. You are
learning to listen to nature. The most important thing, beyond all human
knowledge, is to feel, in relation to the earth, the right moment for each
species. You will not find this knowledge in books. It’s in the love for
each species and in communion with their spirits that you will develop your
instinct, your capacity to feel in relation to them and the way to
cultivate them.”
“You are bridges, and the best fertilizer that the earth can receive comes
from your hands and your feet. You must inhabit your garden, take care of
it and water it with love. That means with a simple and truthful connection
to each being that grows in it.”
Their advice also covers
wintertime preparation periods, when the earth is still much too hard for
us to do anything “physical” to it:
“When you work with the Spirits of
Nature, the ground is prepared for the cultures that you put there. There
are different ways to do this. One is to predetermine, before winter, the
place where you will plant the different components of your garden. During the
winter and spring, the Spirits of Nature will work on adjusting the ground accordingly.”
“Preparing a garden is like preparing a birth: you must give nature time to
do its work. The wintertime gestation period is very important if you want a
high energetic yield from your food. Give everyone time to do their job.
Keep in mind that the garden is a living being, and that it has its
characteristics, its personality, and its needs inherent to its global
energy. Each piece of land cultivated with this awareness will produce two
to three times more. Companionship is also very important. Instinctive
companionship is the most important.”

They also gave us
precious, as well as precise, indications, often tinged with lively humour,
about the characteristics of the vegetables that we had grown:
Tomatoes
They bring
vivacity, life and joy.
Full of sun and caught in time on the stalk, they allow a very powerful
energetic exchange. It’s the pure love of creation that flows through a
ripe tomato. They store a lot of life force. They feed you and they warm
you with their energy. They are friends of consciousness. Make the
experience of eating a nicely ripe tomato on an empty stomach and let your
body teach you the rest.
Between the red and the yellow ones, joy makes the difference. The yellow
tomato brings more relaxation to the nervous system. The red one is more of
fire and of action. It provides active energy. It forces the nervous system
to engage itself for action.
It’s a complete food in and of itself if eaten consciously. The fruit of
life. Bless and thank your land for the fruits it gives you. Your conscious
land, your piece of inner garden. The tomato is your friend on the road to
consciousness. It can be very easily charged like water and bread. The
conscious tomato: take pleasure in eating it.
Green beans
They are good for a strength
that pushes towards action, for making matter obey by unveiling it and by
amplifying its defects. From the energetic point of view, you become bigger
and more visible when you eat green beans. It is a very useful food for
your School, and for those who want to learn about themselves.
Cucumbers
They are refreshing, but not very
useful. The cucumber accompanies the other vegetables with its freshness.
It gives the body a rest, a necessary relaxation. It acts a little like
water. It’s a companion food. It does not have much virtue. It is good for
you to eat some because it acts like a lubricant by adding flexibility to
the transportation of foods.
Zucchini
They are not really useful in regard to their nutritional value. They are a
companion food. Their energy is vague. It is more difficult to catch their
character than for the other vegetables.
Swiss chard
Their energy is close to that
of spinach. They are hard working and valiant. They can transmit to us these
qualities through food. However, it is not necessary to eat them in order
to receive these qualities; you can also simply breathe them.
Beets
The round beet loves the good things
in life. The longer beet is more severe. Its energy is more serious. It is
less sweet. It is good for the nervous system. It will bring you less
pleasure: it is more therapeutic than loving of life.
Peas
Not too much at the same time for
you… it’s a question of your muscles’ flexibility. Their very rich supply of
magnesium causes tension in your adipose tissues. Respect your body by giving
it what it needs. Be vigilant in order to allow your matter to follow your
consciousness. You must constantly remember that a lot of any single
substance harms adaptation to high frequencies, which you are cultivating
as much as your vegetables.
Snow peas intoxicate the body when too many are eaten. On the other hand,
their contribution is precious for those who still need material food. The
more you progress on the frequency range, the more the elements that you
ingest affect your vibratory rate. Snow peas contribute by sensitizing you
to this notion, the same way as soybeans. They have a richness that can
either build or harm. Always eat them with carrots.
