Conscious sounds work on matter: they raise the vibratory frequency of the human body and accelerate cellular transmutation, which is the foundation of human evolution.

The vowel chant is the fastest and most effective tool available on the planet today for raising the vibratory frequency of the human body. When practiced daily, the vowel chant enables you to adjust your vibratory frequency to that of the planet, while ensuring your energetic survival through accelerated cellular transmutation. The vowel chant is not melodious. It is meant to wake up your cells. The sound must be produced with the entire body, both physical and energetic, and with determination, in order to shake up your matter. In this work, each vowel plays a specific part; each vowel is a “specialist” whose vibration enters you to accomplish a specific task.

Here is a brief summary:

A [a] as in “arm”
This vibration accompanies you in your profound desire for unity. It recentres all your energetic bodies. This way, you chant the vowels from within your rebalanced vehicle.

È [ε] as in “neck”
This vowel cleans your nervous system. It prepares your physical body to receive more and more Christic Energy by working on the electromagnetic circuit of the fabulous creation which you are.

É [e] as in “stay”
This is the vibration of profound choice. It gives you access to the programming of your electromagnetic vehicle. In choosing to no longer be asleep, you look at things in a way that is increasingly detached from collective evolution and you take your destiny into your own hands.

I [i] as in “see”
This is the vowel of awakening, the union between two dimensions, between conscious­ness and unconsciousness. It deploys your antennas and tunes your system of perception to the new vibrational frequency.

Ü [y] make an “ee” with the mouth shaped as for “oo”
This is the vowel of healing. It destroys your old conceptions as you become aware of them. This is the grand cleanser which makes residual energies disappear. It makes space for renewal.

U [u] as in “woo”
This is the vibration which gives you access to the consciousness of Earth. All of your matter is impregnated with the light emitted by Gaia. Much more than an emotional or mental union, it is an active connection: you become the receptacle of your planet's changes.

Ø [ø] make an “ay” with the mouth shaped as for “o”
The vibration which gives you access to your genetic code. In all simplicity, you can transform it by adding Light to your cells. You become the bond between the Divine Force and human matter.

O [o] as in “oh”
With this vowel you enter another dimension, beyond matter. You must live the experience to understand it. Take the time to unite with the Christic Love within you.

AUM
This is the final expansion, the sound of the Universe. You fuse with your Universe and the Source flows in you. You join the central crystal of the Earth. You make the awareness of the grandeur of your being enter each one of your cells.

The Yoga of Vowels is a marriage between the sounds of the Vowel Chant and Hatha-yoga postures. Each vowel is associated with a series of three movements, so that the exercises alternate sounds and postures. Each element reinforces the work of the other.
