Conscious cellular breathing is a new way of living, observing the circulation of prana through our energetic and physical bodies. Prana is life force energy. It contains Love, Life, Knowledge...

The simple fact of being aware of this circulation enables us to retain prana in our cells. Without this awareness, prana just flows through our bodies, as it normally flows through everything. With the awareness of this circulation, we capture prana and use it for our transformation. This is known as pranic osmosis.

Conscious cellular breathing is not an exercise. This form of conscious breathing must be distinguished from the numerous breathing exercises proposed by various methods of meditation. This is why we call it cellular breathing. Unlike an exercise, cellular breathing does not require us to stop our activities. It does not require us to isolate and collect ourselves in order to practice it.

As a matter of fact, cellular breathing is not “practiced” per se, it is observed, which allows us to freely continue our daily business, be it physical or intellectual. For example, I am aware of the prana circulating in me as I write this text. What’s more, this breathing is totally independent of physiological breathing.

Here is how our Guides have described it to us:

“To breathe consciously is to become aware of this other half of yourself that lives and breathes in a different manner, that is nourished differently. Awakening to this knowledge enables you to inhabit your physical body with more ease.

The human body is made this way: first of light, then of matter. The light that you activate within yourself awakens your matter, making it more sensitive to all the fluctuations of energy coming from either your material food or your energetic food. You are nourished from all directions. Depending on your awareness, you either are or are not able to absorb these substances which pass through you at all times; which are available to you for constructing your temple of light, your physical body.

Take this moment to breathe deeply of the Universe which inhabits you, and the light that is waiting there. The fruit of your work must be gathered inside yourself, by breathing the light that now inhabits your cells. The light must not only be absorbed from the outside; you also are its source. Knowing this enables your cells to become a little more active, by becoming aware of the origin, of the source of light in both directions: it is a cellular back and forth movement. Matter which becomes light needs more and more light, less and less matter.

Take the time to consciously breathe prana, which is the driving force of your new life. Your bodies need prana to be able to withstand the Wave of Love that is coming. They must be weakened on the material level and enriched on the level of light. They must have variable density. This is why we constantly ask you to breathe consciously. Do it simply. What is important is to integrate it into your life.

In this way, by passing through the channel that you have become, that you embody, light is embodied, becoming active in matter and able to express itself in the concrete world, in heavy vibrations. Then, simplicity inhabits you because you know who you are. Keep being this active channel. Breathe consciously.”
