Activities

• Daily practice of the Yoga of Vowels and of Conscious Sounds
  
  
• Music, dance, theatre, painting, juggling, acrobatics, hand crafts, mandalas (these activities vary from year to year, depending on the groups and the children's choices)
  
  
• Outdoor and indoor games
  
  
• Swimming in heated pool
  
  
• Participating in the preparation of meals (homemade bread and pasta)
  
  
• Exploring dreams
  
  
• Experiencing Conscious Sounds in water
  
  
• Bedtime massage (if desired by the child)
  
  
• Possibility of sleeping in a tent, in a tepee, in a refuge near the river, in the Gazebo, and outdoors (accompanied by an adult).

For babies and toddlers, the presence of a parent is required. When the child is autonomous, and up to the age of three and a half, the presence of a parent is accepted. For all others, the presence of a parent is not allowed (except for multiple children of the same family, one of the children is still a baby or a toddler).

Cost

• 1 child: 250$ CAD
• 2 children from the same family: 475$ CAD
• 3 children from the same family: 675$ CAD

This amount includes:

• the workshop
• all meals (vegetarian)
• lodging in the dormitory

A down payment of 75 $CAD per child is required upon registration, with the remainder to be paid when you drop off your child (in Canadian Dollars).
