Most of our products are available in bookstores in Quebec. If they are not in store, you can order them. Some items are also distributed in Europe. A few books are also available as E-books (non-printable PDF).

At the School of Conscious Life,
on the premises or by mail

All items are available at the School, during the workshops, the weekly Cells on Wednesday evenings and during Inter-cell meetings or stays. Important: apart from these times, there is no sales counter open to the public at the School.

If you don't live in Quebec, or if you don't wish to come to the School, we can also provide youwith the material by mail. Please write to:

Mention the title and quantity of each item you are interested in, as well as the country of delivery. Upon receiving your request, we will give you all the necessary information, including the shipping charge.

Important: the School of Conscious Life is part of the International Gaiayoga Foundation, a non-profit organisation supported by donations. These donations give you access to our various services and the School's teaching material.

In order to help you determine a fair and balanced amount for your donation, we indicate the price that our books and CDs are sold when available in bookstores. For each item, we also suggest a minimum and maximum donation, where the smallest amount is the sum that allows us to continue producing and offering this material. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

The Yoga of Vowels is a marriage between the Vowel Chant and yoga postures. This booklet illustrated with photos gives basic explanations on how to make the sounds and a series of hatha-yoga postures.
