The food is vegetarian, organic, mostly raw and uses as many products from the School’s greenhouse and vegetable garden as possible. Gluten-free food is available on demand.
The energetic work started in our gardens is continued during the preparation of the meals.
The food is charged vibrationally using hands and conscious sounds. Consciousness is also practiced while eating and digesting.
Times and menus vary according to season and School activities.
In winter and spring, meals are eaten in the premises of Alimentation Gaiayoga, in the basement of the main house. In summer and autumn, a kitchen/dining-room is installed under a tent.
